Another search quirk

Unfortunately, I don't think new users use any form of help and that includes the help files with LabVIEW. Still, it would probably be better than nothing.

Since there is a link to Advanced Mode on the new message search, maybe a small comment to use this and the exact phrase option for error codes would help some users.

Hi Everyone,

I'm working on incorporating your suggestions about changing the "Search Before Post" screen to include a note about searching for error codes.

I'm attaching two mock-ups of what this could look like.  Is there one you like better?  Is the wording clear?

I prefer the second screen. With the first screen, I think a lot of users might just go ahead and try the search without reading the tip below first.

I have put this change into effect.  We'll see if it helps people find answers to their error code questions!
