setup axis camera problem

I have been having problems setting the camera up, I have it connected to port 2 on the cRIO and have reset the ip adress. on the setup, I have tried both robot radio and ethernnet port 2, but it cant find the camera. My computers ip is set to 10.27.95.9 with the subnet mask 255.0.0.0

Hey,

By can't find the camera do you mean that you can't see the images on the dashboard?  Have you seen this document:https://decibel.ni.com/content/docs/DOC-20686? Do you have the latest utilities update? There was a bug with the version distributed with the KoP that caused the camera IP address to reset after it was power cycled.
