1. Kitty van der Heyden - Zigbee and MQTT with LabVIEW
I successfully developed a home automation system using Zigbee and MQTT with LabVIEW. The system enables control of various devices and sensors, providing real-time data on temperature and window status. While facing challenges with sensor connectivity and temperature accuracy, I recommended solutions for improvement.
2. John van Schaijk - CNC plasma cutter (DXF to GCode)
This presentation is demonstrating the LabView implementation of converting Autocad DXF file to CNC GCode.
This GCode is used to control a CNC plasma cutter to cut out the desired 2D part from a metal sheet.
The DXF vector format is analyzed and modified to get the correct GCode output.
