Register level progamming

Recently, I was wandered about some problem.
I was used to register level programing with IO port address.
but, The PCI-6703 card does not support IO port address but window memory address.
Unfortunately, I don't know how to program the register level programing with window memory address.

What I want to know is whether I devote my time to study window address progaming or not.
Please answer my question.

Could you explain a little more about your application?  What are you trying to do with your PCI-6703? 

Most likely you will not need to use register level programming.  Most DAQ programming can be done by calls to the NI-DAQmx functions.
