Windows XP hangs at shutdown with NI-PCI-DIO 96 and 3rd party PCI RGB frame grabber

We're using a PC fitted with a number of NI PCI cards and a Datapath PCI Dual RGB grabber card.

When both the DIO-96 and RGB grabber are fitted to the PC, and the PC is shutdown, Windows XP hangs on the 'Windows is shutting down' screen.
If either DIO-96 or the RGB grabber is removed the PC shuts down fine. The IRQs and memory allocation of both devices has been changed by moving devices to different PCI slots but the problem continues.

Other cards also fitted to the PC:
NI IMAQ 1424
NI 6602 Counter timer
NI 8212 GPIB
NI-232/4
Pickering switch 50-115-021
Pickering switch 50-512-021S
PNY dual head graphics card
AIM API1553-2 communication card

Any ideas would be helpful!
!!

Thanks
Alan

Have you checked to see if the 2 boards have the same IRQ number with device manager?
Here is a link to the Microsoft website on shutdown problems with XP that might help you with troubleshooting this problem.

Thanks Russell,
Howvever, we've tried changing IRQs and memory allocation of both devices by moving devices to different PCI slots - but the problem continues.

Have you tried replicating this problem on another machine with XP? Have you tried replicating this problem on another machine with a different operating system? That should help narrow down the problem.
