Hi Team,
is there any way to synchronise PXIE-5451 FGEN and PXIE-6571 (NI-Digital) cards if the PXIE-1095 chassis does not have PXIE-6674T (timing synchronisation card)

Absolutely, you can use the backplane triggers to route signals between both.
What is your sync need?

Hi Santo,
here sync i am referring is ,the reference clock for PXIe-5451 is 10MHZ PXI_CLK and for PXIe-6571 the master clock is 100Mhz PXIe_100Clk in-order to sync both instruments the reference clock of PXIE-5451 should refer 100MHz PXIe_100Clk to do so please suggest a work around.
The FGEN PXIe-5451 is generating a sine wave and the same is applied to ADC,the ADC output need to be captured with PXIe-6571 while post processing (ADC output) captured data for FFT ,spectral leakage is observed, to avoid spectral leakage sync need to done.

Sagar

In short, both 10MHz and 100MHz are derived from the same 10MHz reference source and hence phase locked. Please refer to the sample block diagram at System Reference Clock - NI
So, both your FGEN and 6571 are synchronized by their reference clocks. For ADC tests, you need to sync the start of FGEN with the 6571 capture as well using triggers.
