How to best control USB Ni-6501 using Labview 7.0

It would be so simple to access my USB NI-6501 digital I/O device if I was running Labview 8.2  but I have 7.0 and want to know if anyone has examples of VI's that will simply output a 4 bit to another devices.

It's just as simple to control the 6501 in 7.0 as in any other version of LabVIEW and in fact, there is no difference at all. You have to have the DAQmx driver installed and then you will have several examples (Help>Find Examples) to look at or use the DAQ Assistant (on the .Measurement I/O >DAQmx palette).
