I have frequency measurement from a flowmeter, and I would like to acquire data on my DAQ system. Is it possible to do it through a digital I/O channel? Could you please advise a method, or example?

Choosing between making the frequency measurement on digital or analog channels will depend on your flowmeter signal output. You can make a frequency measurement with either analog or digital channels but digital will be easiest. The best examples for this can be found in LabVIEW under the example finder. To find these, open LabVIEW and go to “Help>>Find Examples…>>Hardware Input and Output>>DAQmx>>Counter Input”.
