BNC 2121 not lighting and 5 V output is less than 1 V

I am having trouble with my BNC 2121 5 V output.  The output was previously 5 V, but now outputs 0.6 V.  I have tried to reseat the PCI board, and changed PCI slots, but this has not fixed the problem.  Also, I notice that the power light is not lit for the 2121 unit.

What is the actual DAQ card that you are using? The +5 is actually coming from that I believe. Check the +5 output on the DAQ card and if that is okay, check your cable.
