182920H-01 inadvertently turns ON outputs while 182920L-01 does not. Why?

We have identified a problem in one of our systems to a particular version of the PCI-DIO-96 card.

The part number is 182920H-01. The problem is deemed to be severe and places our system in an unsafe condition.

We do not see this problem with more recent versions of the PCI-DIO-96 card.

In particular, the 182920L-01.

The artwork for 182920L-01 is noticibly different than for 182920H-01.

Has the 182920L-01 addressed some timming issues inherent in previous versions of the PCI-DIO-96 card?

We need to know whether we must obsolete all versions of the PCI-DIO-96 cards prior to 182920L-01.

Donald,

I was able to find this KnowledgeBase Article that might describing the differences that you are seeing with your PCI-DIO-96. Hope this helps and let me know if you have any questions. Thanks.
