Where is COD dialog editor?How can I open .cod file?

In my diadem,I can not find cod dialog editor?Where is it?I can only find dialog editor to creat sud dialog.

The COD editor is a little bit outdated. But you can download it from the DIAdem download area. Search for COD in the help to find the link or use this one:
