What is the format of a DIAdem import header file?

I have an application from which I want to export data to DIAdem. Where can I find documentation that describes the format of the import header file?

There is extensive documentation of the header file format on the DIAdem CD. It should be found in DIAdem 8.1CD\English\DIAdem\HEADER\dmheader.pdf.
