I am getting the error while trying to load .tdms file in the diadem 11.1. Attached the data as well as the error screen shot for reference.

Looks like your DIAdem installation is broken.
If the main TDM plugin is missing only few things will work.
Does this have a story before.
Potentially you need to reinstall.
