Sort Channels

Hi there,

Can we do a mulitple sort in diadem, there is Channel Sort function in the analysis but this functions sorts only one channels, I am looking for something like the sorting done in excel (I have attached the screen shot), suppose I have Channel 1 to 10 I would want to sort the first 2 channels and based on these two channels all the values needs to be sorted. Also this sort needs to be done in the decending order.

Can anyone please help me out on this?

Hi Priya,

The existing DIAdem sort function in the ANALYSIS panel will sort N channels in DIAdem based on the values of 1 channel, but there is no DIAdem function to sort primarily by the values of channel X and secondarily by the values of channel Y, etc.  You'd have to program that yourself in a custom VBScript or use the DataFinder, which does have multiple sort ordering.
