Is the 2 billion points x 65000 channels limit still the case?  Even with 64-bit DIAdem?

Hello Terry,

Yes, the 2 billion by 65,535 channels limit is still in place, even in the 64-bit version of DIAdem. The advantage of the 64-bit version is that it can make use of all available RAM, so there won't be swapping above the old 2GB limit for 32-bit applications if you have sufficient RAM.

It is possible to load subsets of files, so we can handle files with more than 2 billion values, but DIAdem will only load 2 billion values per row in a total of 65,535 channels.

Do your files have more rows or channels than the current DIAdem limit?
