ISF plugin

Hi,

I am trying to import to DIADEM an ".isf" file from a measurement with a Tektronix oscilloscope.

Although I have the necessary data plugin and I have imported

in the past such files from other Tektronix oscilloscopes, this time I get an error message:

"The plugin supports only Int16 Data" 

I attach the file I am trying to import. Thanks in advance for your help!
