I make some custom properties in DIAdem 10.2.

How can I save them to excel file?

I can't find any custom properties in excel export wizard.

Hello Supportkorea,

The easiest way is to use the original TDM file and the TDM Excel Add-In. With this TDM Excel Add-In you are able to import the TDM files into Excel directy. Please refer to the NI web page TDM Excel Add-In to download it (for free).
