I have successfully gotten GoTo my PC to run on Ubuntu but am having trouble getting DiaDem up and running. Does any one have any helpful experience to share on this.

Hello qfman,
GoToMyPC is a remote access software, so as long as DIAdem works on the PC you are accessing remotely from your Ubuntu installation, it should work fine.
What are the actual issues you are seeing? Is DIAdem not installing/running correctly on the PC you are accessing remotely?

I don't think that anyone at National Instruments has ever tested DIAdem on any type of Windows emulator on an Ubuntu system.
DIAdem requires a 32 bit or 64 bit version of Windows, either Windows 7 (SP1), Windows 8.x or Windows 10 (as of DIAdem 2015 SP1). I know that DIAdem runs on several virual machines, but I am not aware of a virtual Windows engine that runs on Ubuntu that has been tested with DIAdem.
The GoToMyPC route may be a good place to start, but I have never tested that particular product with DIAdem either - theoretically that should work ...
