transpose columns and rows in DIAdem View?

Is there any easy way to transpose the columns and rows in DIAdem view?  I am working with data that is approximately 425 channels but only 10-20 rows.  The current setup allows me to see about  8 columns in horizontal arrangement of the 425, but there are 50 rows that can be easily read (of which I am only using 10-20).  I could use the layout much more efficiently if they are transposed.

I saw a suggestion to do this in Report.  However, I see no easy way to use report data of this number of columns.  Even if I transpose, I can still only create about 40-50 rows that are readable on a sheet.  I can't see any way to make the table span multiple pages automatically such that I can hit page down and see the next 40-50 rows.  Instead, it seems I must make about 10 individual sheets worth of the same report and assign manually (UGH) the 40-50 rows which will be displayed on each of the 10 sheets.

To make matters worse, I work with at least 3 distinct groupings of the 400+ channels that will have different channel names and such, so the task would need to be repeated 3x for whatever setup is used.

There has to be a better way for me to see the data with columns layed out vertically and easy ability to scroll up and down via a slider or at least page-up/page-down functionality.  Please help.

I do not believe there is a way to transpose data in the VIEW pane once the data has been loaded into DIAdem. However, you might be able to create a DataPlugin to help import your files in the configuration that you are looking for.

Hi jheadly,

If you really want to view your data transposed, there is the "Transpose Matrix" function in "3D Basic Functions" palette of the ANALYSIS panel that will transpose a block of channels.
