Decode Hex Vector

Hi

I am using Diadem to retrieve data from a server using the ADODB Object. So far I am able to retrieve the data with out problems. I reatrive a HEX string containing the vector data, but apparently the data came codified or compress, I am not sure.

I have tried to find a pattern in the data since there is some repeated values within the vector, but so far I cannot figured it out.

Attached are the HEX string and the vector to which should be converted.

I know my question is a little bit unrelated but I would like to know If some one has an idea of how to try to decode this data.

Before, I would like to know a little more about how their data is acquired and how is analyzing the Diadem.
