DIAdem system file "DEM_OV0.RND" not found! Program aborted

I am currently running 2012 DIadem. 

 

On a side note I did try installing 2014 DIAdem a couple of days ago and had to abort installation due to some installation errors.  I have run my 2012 diadem since the aborted install but I was missing all of my searcg indecies and the selection to install them was greyed out.

 

ANy ideas?

I was able to reload 2014 and no longer have this issue.
