Creating DIAdem DataPlugIn to import CSV files with more than 200 columns

Yes, this is possible, but as you mentioned, the wizard does not support this large number of headers. You can create a DataPlugin yourself. You can find many examples of similar situations in the DIAdem help. I have also attached a DataPlugin installer (URI file) and the VBS source code for just this file. If this kind of files vary in structure, then it may be necessary to adapt the DataPlugin.

Many thanks, this Data Plugin worked great!  One of these days as I get more familiar with Diadem I will figure out how to Script my own Data Plug-in but haven't gotten there yet.  This is very helpful to keep me moving forward on my data analysis task at hand.  I really like Diadem as a GUI based plotting tool.
