ATML_5 plugin not pulling in SerialNumber

Hello, I am a new user of DIAdem, and we are trying out some ways to store and analyze data. We started using the ATML_5 (.XML) report format in Test Stand, and then are using the plugin to pull it into DIAdem. In the "external Data window" it looks as if it will pull in the group.SerialNumber, but in the results, it shows all blank (See picture). Is there something in the search or plugin where I can get the serial number to pull into DiaDem? Thanks.

Hi Denny,

I would be able to understand your problem better if you could attach a couple of example files?  Also did you blank out the value column in query C4 or did you do "where group.serial <> [blank]"

I have attached some example files  (a file of your own generated from TestStand with the ATML_5 report would work also).  I was setting up the query to get all serial numbers that are not blank, that what this "<>" is for, correct? I think my issue is that the serial number does not get propagated to the channel. As I stated before, I am new to DIAdem.. Is there a way for the query to pull in the serial number of the UUT?

I couldn't even get the SerialNumber column to pop up in the search results...  I have tried to right click on the results table and go to Configure Results List - >  Group - > in Level add a Grouop with SerialNumber and set as String...
