SP7 Error 6010

Hi,

I am trying to read from S7-300 to Labview 2017. Creating of connection is OK and doesn't generate a error (SP7 connect) but reading of data (SP7 read DB) generate a error 6010. Does know somebody why?

Can you please post the error description. Error code 6010 can have different reasons, the error text includes a more detailed description about the error cause.

I got this error, while I set the wrong plc-type in my programm. (S7-300, but in reality it was an S7-1200)

Hi,

I am trying to read DI from S7-1215 to Labview 2017. Creating of connection is OK and doesn't generate a error (SP7 connect) but reading of data generate a error 6010. The message is : "Data not Valid! Value out of range".  The module is DI 14/DQ10_1 located at 1.1. The start adresse is 0.0 and the end is 1.7.

Could you help me please!

make sure to activate the PUT/GET protocol on your S7-1200.
