invalid subsystem handle

hello everyone, i have the following problem with dasylab: when i want to start a measurement, the error message invalid subsystem handle appears and dasylab hangs up and can only be closed via the task manager. Sometimes the problem goes away after a few restarts, on other days I can't measure at all.  I know that the code I want to run works.

Thanks for your replys

I am experiencing an issue with DASYLab 2020 when trying to run a program that has worked many times before with the same setup.

When I open the program, I first receive an error message stating that the saved timebase is not available. After clicking "OK," I get another error saying that the saved module DT9837 is not available and that the schematic could not be loaded correctly. However, when I click "OK" again, the schematic appears to load normally, and I can use DASYLab without issues—until I attempt to start a measurement.

As soon as I begin the measurement, DASYLab freezes and displays the error message "Invalid subsystem handle."

I am using DASYLab 2020 and controlling a shaker via a Data Translation which is a ST 401-A data acquisition device. This setup has worked previously without any issues.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Thank you in advance for your support.

It could be an issue with the hardware. You can test it using the QuickDAQ software to ensure analog inputs and outputs are working.
