DAQmx Error Code = -2147220721

I'm trying to start a piece of software called CTS 4 (California Instruments) and when I try to start the program I run into this message:

"DAQmx Error Code = -2147220721 Error Message = MAX; (Hex 0x8004030F) The configuration database cannot be opened, possibly due to corruption. Please note the steps you performed that led to this error and contact technical support at http://ni.com/support."

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
