C-DAQ chasess not going to active.

Hello.

I was used Ni C-DAQ device  9184 module

 

 

 

 

with Mocon Bev-Alert software and CO2 analyzer.C-DAQ device not gone to active status.Kindly help me to solve out this problem.

Let me know if you've already tried these steps or if the status LED shows a specific blink pattern.

Hello!

After power on the device,C DAQ go to power on and status light on for 20sec maximum,after that status light off but device not gone to active.
