Like Rave I would suggest terminal blocks if you have to connect blanc wires. They come with different styles, I prefer the cage clamp to srew terminals, however they are good if you want to change it rarely, because they are not build for that propose. Here a good solution for flying wires from wago.

You can get terminal blocks with snap in connectors ( I have used wago). Most important is the number of connecting cycles and voltage rating.
