Thanks to everyone that responded. Modern miracles do happen. I am feeling better than I have in the last several years. I guess the artery blockage started that long ago. Well, when you eat Cajun food like Gumbo, Fricassee, Etoufee, and lots of crawfish, I guess you have to pay the price. So now I have to lay off the good (bad) stuff. I will be back at work next week. Modern surgery techniques are nothing short of a miracle.
AK2DM, I will call you next week some time after I get caught up, we can do lunch again.
It certainly feels good to have such good friends in this community.

Sorry to be coming in late on this, but glad to hear you're doing well! Although not being able to eat Cajun food might be arguably "not so good"!

Sorry to chime in so late but I have been real busy. I am glad to hear everything went OK and that you are doing fine.
Hey i thought crawfish and etoufee were supposed to be good for you I think it was all the beignets that did it.
