Installation Problems

When I attempt to install NI LabVIEW Advanced Signal Processing Toolkit 2009, NI LabVIEW Digital Filter Design Toolkit 2009 and NI LabVIEW Adaptive Filter Toolkit 2009 from my DVD I get an error that a file, direftory, or other peice of data could not be found. Error code -32

What does this mean?

Wow the image upload tool here is not good. What a pain to put a screen shot. [The content type of this image is not allowed.] Well what type of content is allowed?

After downloading the source code for Biomed Startup kit, when I try to install the software, it says "you must have labview 8 or labview 9 or labview 2010 before installing this program". I already have labview 2010 installed on my computer. Any suggestions, what should I do?

You are missing signal processing toolkits. You could download them in ni.com. (search Advanced Signal Processing Toolkit/Digital Filter Design Toolkit/ Adaptive Filter Toolkit).
