Where is the DoMoreMyFiles.xml on Windows 10 install of NI ELVISmx Instrument Launcher with myDAQ?

We are trying to customize the ELVISmx Instrument Launcher as many of the reference entries are incorrect and we wish to add some. A document included in the installation:

 C:/Program%20Files%20(x86)/National%20Instruments/NI%20ELVISmx%20Instrument%20Launcher/readme.html

states that customization is possible by editing the DoMoreMyFiles.xml, but that file is nowhere to be found in the ...\Program Files(x86)\National Instruments\ install tree.  Is there a sample for this file somewhere that we can use and edit?

PS - the file is missing from the latest available packaging, the 2019 installer.

Should I go back to the original 2015 product installer to find this XML file?

the install directory is also missing DoMoreSchema.xsd which the help doc states describes the schema.
