Data acquisition and control of four rotating test machines in R&D lab ranging from 3600-20,000 RPM.  Two of which use compact Fieldpoint controllers and modules for real-time control of the test stand.

Data acquisition and control of static torque applier test stand for 1.5 million in-lbs of torque.  

Also miscellaneous data acquisition programs for assorted tests over the years.

Most of the applications have used serial communication protocols including Modbus RTU.

Biography:

Principal Engineer at Kop-Flex, Inc. (part of Emerson Electric), manufacturer of power transmission couplings for turbomachinery.  Work in R&D and new Product Development.
