Transferring Control To User Program

I am experiencing a problem when I tried to use the desktop USB disk utilities to configure my desktop as the real-time target. When the desktop was booted from the USB, the screen hangs at "transferring control to user program" and at the upper-right corner it shows "KT02010".

Anyone can help me? Great thanks!

I have replaced the hard drive with a new one, and thing went through well, I  think the hard drive is the core problem.Thank you, Bobby!

1. First step change the boot order from LabVIEW RT to Windows/others

2. Go to disk management, check for any unallocated disk space left in the HARD DISK

3. If So, Make partition for unallocated space

4. Boot with LabVIEW RT

This solution worked for me
