Time results different on sbRIO VxWorks

Hi, 

I'm using the sbRIO 9636 to log some measurements onto a TDMS file, which should be saved with timestamps.

But I realized that the time stamps appear differently by using different VI, which can be seen here:

       

The correct time at the local is 10:35. Why it is different on the VxWorks target?

By the way, the UTC format on the Format Date/Time String does not make any difference for the result.
