Hi, we are using the following boards within our system :-

 

PXIe- 8301 (785679-01)

PXIe- 6592 (783639-01)

PXIe- 8238 (784976-01)

PXIe- 7962 (781206-01)

PXIe- 6672 (780063-01)

PXIe- 6547 (781011-03)

PXIe- 4463 (783086-01)

PXIe- 4492 (781490-01)

 

Does anybody have MTBF figures for these items ?

I require MTBF data  to enable a detailed RAM Analysis of a complex system where our customer has set RAM Targets to achieve.

 

Data provided by NI is good but could do with being a little more specific regarding environment and temperature assumptions for the calculated MTBFs.
