PXIe5645 for burst capture

Is it possible to use the vector transceiver Ni PXIe 5645R  to capture 1msec burst generated from an outside FPGA board?

I just want to characterize the captured burst  so I can export it after that for post  processing. 
If possible, what exactly I need for the hardware connection and Labview 
modules?

Would you be able to go in more details regarding this 1 msec burst?  Is this an analog or digital signal?  If so, what is the frequency and power level of the signal within the 1 msec burst?  The 5645R can capture signals within frequency ranges of 65 MHz to 6 GHz.  Also, what I/O hardware connectivity is used with the FPGA board you have?
