I'm in need of help. I'm trying to get my ni-daq USB 6009 to connect to my computer that has Windows 7 newly installed. But my windows can't seem to install the drivers for it successfully. It finds the usb connection but I need the driver. The only thing I've found is 1,3 GB nidaq-mx driver.... is that possible? That I have to download and install a 1,3 GB driver for my small low cost ni USB 6009 ?
I have an explanation of the size of the driver in this post. The size on disk, once installed, will not be nearly that big as long as you only install support for the programming language that you are using.
