Do you have image acquisition software installed (imaq, imaqdx) , what type of camera have you plugged in (gigE, firewire, usb, cameralink.....).

what have you done so far?

You need imaqDX installed for usb cameras, IMAQ is for cameralink cards.  Make sure under software you have installed imaqdx drivers.

If  you want to open and operate the image, your computer must have been installed the vision model successfully.
