tdms get property value in executable doesn't return correct value

The primitive "TDMS get Properties" will not update to the correct the value for NI_ChannelLength in an executable.
I use a read-only reference to the TDMS file. Another executable is actually writing to that same file.
I am pretty sure this is a bug. The issue doesn't occur while running both applications within the development system.

I've reproduced the issue and reported it to R&D. The CAR ID is 4E39C37U.
