Then you are not allowed to use the RT module.  You need to get somebody to purchase that for you.  I highly recommend you contact your local NI sales rep and have a nice long sit down with them.  They can then go through your requirements and give you some options for what you need.

OK, then your LabVIEW serial number isn't valid for the real-time module (since you didn't purchase it), which is why you're getting an error. Why do you think you need the real-time module?

In fact, you have to purchase the Real-Time module.

You can add this product and SSP to your license.
