I took over a program written in LabVIEW 2013.
When I right-click and select Find Control on a Path control in the block diagram, the front panel appears, but I don't see the Path control.
The control is *not* hidden, because the choice for Hide Control for the right-click menu is available.
The front panel is split in two with a splitter. Is that what is causing this?
EDIT: The control is in the left pane. Is there a trick to knowing that that is where the control is located?

I guess it is outside the visible panel. Maybe if you double-click the terminal, the control gets selected and you can move it with the arrows until you can see it.

I'm pretty sure new controls made on the BD always appear on the first pane when made. So double clicking them selects them, then you need to use the arrow keys to bring them into a usable part of the window.
I know of no work around other than to move them into a usable part of the window when a new control is made. Then set it to hidden if I don't want it seen.
