Tall order. That was written in LabVIEW 3.1, and upconversion requires a special toolkit. You will need to contact NI Tech Support directly if you really need to get this VI upconverted. Otherwise, it might be simpler (and probably better in the long run) to simply rewrite it.

attached is in 8.2, which you can open. You have quite a few missing VIs (aside from the Motion and DAQ VIs).

Can't. The VI was saved without a block diagram, so it cannot be converted. If you can find the original, then upload that.
