They were done in LabVIEW 3.1. You'd have to wait to see if somebody still has LabVIEW 4 (which I think can open it), or has the Conversion Tool.

The file is supplied by the manufacturer of the motor I am working with now. It does its job well enough, so I guess it is ok - maybe ugly, but ok...
