Requesting help for LabVIEW (New to LabVIEW)

Hello,

How do i extract data/value from a slider and then convert & attach the data to a body of a mail.

Slider >> Data

Data >> convert to string

String >> put into body of a mail

but i don't know how & what to use/do for these steps.

Any kind people can help me?
