From where can I download NI LABVIEW 8.6.1 and NI DAQmx 8.9.5? I need them ASAP.

All drivers are available by clicking the 'Support' link a the top of the page. I don't believe LabVIEW 8.6.1 is no longer available for download. You can download the latest (2010) here.
