How can I plot a digital waveform with 16 bits as a hexadecimal bus?

I have several signals that are unsigned 16 bits and I'd like to plot it using a digital graph showing the data bus value in hexadecimal format (represented by two bytes), but using the examples given, the results that I've gotten is in one byte wide (just the LSB). Can anyone help me?
