Copy image to the front panel from file

How can I copy the image from file to the Front Panel via Block Diagram?

Where on the front panel are you trying to place it? As the background, or as a pasted image? For a background image, read the image using the graphic format Vis and then write to the BackgroundImage for the primary pane:

 

I'll leave the other option as an exercise for you.
