Add XControl Properties in LV2010 is not working correctly

Could someone verify this, on my end only the properties folder is created without any templates vi's inside.

Am I doing something wrong?  It seems to work in LV2009

I discovered that if I place a dummy vi inside the property folder that was created and then drag the dummy vi out adjacent to the ability vi's then this kick starts the property

'wizard' and creates a proper template vi and also changes the tree icon adding the small properties wrench in the lower right hand corner.

This is a bug I found too.  It's filed as CAR 277226.

Another work around is to Save All on the project.
