There's a transparent box in the middle of the splash screen of the LabVIEW 2009 installation software.

The help documentation is in fact incorrect and until this is fixed use 0 - Enabled, 1 - Disabled and 2 - Disabled and Greyed out (for disable property node for enum)

If you disable a tab and then write to a control inside that tab, it appears as if it's enabled -
