First one:

Time stamp controls always increment or decrement by 1, even if you change the increment value.

Format into string:

Formatting bug if the format code contains a mixture of decimal digits (%.) and significant digits (%_).

If the significant digits format comes first, it will overrule the following decimal digit format.
